GradEval360

Overview​

GradEval360 is a centralized performance management platform for Saint Louis University's Graduate Assistants. It facilitates the complete GA evaluation lifecycle through structured workflows that enable mentors and graduate assistants to set expectations, conduct self-evaluations, and manage performance reviews.

Development Priorities​

  • Complete the Expectation Setting workflow (GA and Mentor goal agreement)
  • Build GA self-evaluation submission and review UI
  • Implement acknowledgment logic and data persistence for reviews
  • Expand test coverage across frontend and backend
