OSS Dev Analytics

Overview​

OSS Dev Analytics provides developer analytics and data-driven insights for open source projects developed at SLU. The team has launched a set of team-centric dashboards that transform GitHub activity into actionable metrics — including Time to Merge, Lead Time, and Velocity — with a dynamic health scoring system and sprint-based filtering.
